More Than Bricks and Mortar Video
The Delaware Rural Housing Consortium's 16 minute video that shares the plight of rural Delaware, highlights successful housing done by Consortium members and promotes this state-of-the-art collaboration. The video shows "real life" situations of how decent, affordable housing is building a positive future in people's lives. Completed in April 1999.
