    NCALL recieved $500,000 grant from Delaware’s Strong Neighborhoods Housing Fund

    A press conference was held Monday by the Delaware State Housing Authority where it was announced that NCALL, along with six other projects statewide, will receive $3.2 million from Delaware’s Strong Neighborhoods Housing Fund to address neighborhood blight.
